Mr Jerome Tan is currently the CEO of 7 businesses. Some of the businesses he own include PIP Holdings Pte Ltd, Entrepreneur Action Program Sdn Bhd, Career Express Pte Ltd, EAP Investments Pte Ltd, Extreme Entertainment Pte Ltd, My First Million Pte Ltd.

Mr Jerome Tan has 20 years of field sales and entrepreneurial experience. He is highly enterprising and has the ability to churn out tons of valuable and practical business ideas. In particular, he is adept at helping businesses reduce their costs of operations and increase their revenue with very little or no investments.

Mr Jerome Tan has the experience of starting and building several businesses with nothing down. He started PIP Holdings Pte Ltd with just $52 and the company has grown into a multi-million dollar business.

Many people have been inspired Jerome's ability to think and act out-of-the-box. During a seminar in December 2003, Jerome went out with no money, name cards and marketing collaterals, and brought back a $3,000 cheque by speaking to strangers in 2 hours. He did it morally, ethically and legally! This is just one of the many examples of him being able to create money or businesses with little or zero startup capital.

Mr Jerome Tan is also the Lead Trainer for Entrepreneur Action Program and Property Investment Program. He believes that in this part of the world, we need to 'evolve' in our Spirit of Enterprise. Though he does not have much formal education, he will always tell people that, "If I can do it, so can you!" He is passionate about personal growth and believes that mentorship provides the shortcut to one’s success journey.
